On Ramp

Our CrossFit On-Ramp course will teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit which we regularly program into our daily workouts (WODs). C’mon. you didn’t think we’d just toss you into a class to figure out for yourself, did you?

The On-Ramp classes are 1 hour long and span 4 sessions. We’ll teach you movement standards and safety, nutrition 101, CrossFit lingo, and how to scale movements to your own fitness level.

Don’t worry, it’s not all class time. You’ll definitely work up a sweat and even create a strong bond with the rest of the new CrossFitters in your on-ramp class. Friends who sweat together stay together.
