Our CrossFit On-Ramp course will teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit which we regularly program into our daily workouts (WODs).
Simply put, CrossFit is the “sport of fitness.” Sounds crazy, right? Maybe not. CrossFit has turned the boring, mundane yet necessary task of “working out” into a sort of game.
Better stock up on “Eat My Dust” tank tops because it’s going to be almost impossible not to kick butt after taking our Competitive Athlete classes.
