At CrossFit Natomas we currently offer six classes:

Competitive Athlete

CrossFit

CrossFit Lite

Olympic Lifting

On-Ramp Training

Open Gym.

Please see the calender below for scheduled class times.

All classes except On-Ramp and CrossFit Lite are for individuals that have completed the On-Ramp Training. Members may come in at any point during the listed Open-Gym times and make up a workout or practice your skills. A coach will be available if assistance is needed.
*Groupon and LivingSocial holders may join us for any “CrossFit Lite” class. Please show at minimum 5 minutes early with your voucher and ID in hand so that we can get you started as soon as possible.
